CHANEL ROUGE ALLURE PIRATE LIPSTICK

I am quite a big fan of a red lip and I now have quite a few shades in my small lipstick collection, so on my worldly travels whilst in duty-free I decided to treat myself to a more expensive brand. I choose Chanel Rouge Allure in the shade Pirate (no.99). The RRP seems to be around £26.00 however since I bought it in duty-free it was marginally cheaper.  It has a lovely blue undertone so I would suggest a swatch test before buying it personally.

The shea butter in the lipstick itself provides a lovely moisturising feel during wear as I have found other lipsticks rather drying to my lips.

It is also very pigmented and as you can see from the pictures above it provides an intense red shade. You do not need more than one or two swipes for a full coverage! In my opinion, the shade looks rather sexy as well as classy, and this gives it both a great daytime and night time look. I personally plan to team with it a little black dress on nights out.
