MAC SUMMER LIPSTICKS

It is the last month of summer over here in Scotland - not that there was that much sun to begin with, but I'm still loving the bright and daring lip colours that I associate with summer. There is something about a warm-toned red paired with cat-flicks that are just perfect for a summer evening, and Lady Danger is on point for this look. It's a matte finish lipstick (not overly drying on my lips) and lasts for a good while during the day. The orange undertone is gorgeous for this time of year, and with a minimal eye make-up look very easy to pull off during the day too. 

Then there is Peach Blossom; a beautiful soft rose lipstick with a cremesheen finish. It is pinker than Pure Zen so obviously I just had to have it. I'm pleased with the choice of colour as it compliments my Rose Gold hair (this is every girl's dream, right?), and I'm excited to experiment with my new Urban Decay Naked Smoky palette with an understated lip!
In other news my hair has faded massively - it is now sooo blonde and I need to decide what my next hair dye move is but I am still loving the Rose Gold/Peach shade!
