Things I have been loving this week:

I had a look round my local Primark expecting not to buy much, but some of their pre-fall collection had arrived and oh my the stock was gorgeous - lots of burnt oranges and fringe details everywhere! My shop ended up being mostly black of course, but I managed to pick up some sports bras and random bits n' bobs!

The lovely Charlotte of Colours and Carousels has arranged #ScotBlogMeet today, and it is my very first blogger meet up. I'm both excited and nervous to meet fellow bloggers. We are raising money for SAMH, so instead of letting any anxiety talk me out of going I'm pushing myself to socialise. I can go out of my hermit comfort zone for a good cause.

Song of the week: OneRepublic, Counting Stars.

Highlight of the week: having a night in over at my best friend's watching Galaxy Quest. It is such an under-rated film. I find it hilarious and I adore Alan Rickman's dry sense of humour! Go watch it.
