I love buying from independent shops, especially when I'm giving a helping hand to local businesses. So, for my first wishlist of the year I decided to give my picks from my current favourite independent shops to have a browse through!

Hayley Scanlan

I have featured two products from Hayley Scanlan's current collection the Black & White Off-Shoulder Top and Mermaid Crop Top, as I am really loving the Parisian feel to the whole collection. Chic, simple, and stunning. What more can I say?

Chouchou

If you have not checked out Chouchou's hood then I suggest that you do. They are absolutely stunning, and make a real statement. I was found of my spirit hood that I would wear out a few years ago, and these Hollyhood's attract the same love but offer a more grown up feeling and versatility. My current choice on my wishlist is the Hollyhood Judit, I think it looks cosy and warm. Just fabulous for the winter. I love the way the Chouchou has styled it on the website with the belt giving a gilet look. There is currently a sample sale on so feel free to check the rest of the hoods out!

Obscure Couture

I love scrolling through Obscure Couture's website, I admire how dramatic their street style is from over the top cuts in the material to the bold prints, they have many eye-catching deisgns. The Dallas Acid Wash Skinnies are awesome in my point of view, and I don't have many trousers in my clothing collection so obviously that is a great excuse to buy more.. 

The Rogue & The Wolf

It is no secret that the Rogue & the Wolf are one of my favourites when it comes to jewellery. I have many pieces to show for this. I have had my eye on the Priestess Midi Ring for awhile now as I have not own a midi ring before, and there seemed to be no better place to start than a ring from the Rogue & the Wolf. I think the steel jewellery look great on and this one is super cute. Who wouldn't want to look like a witchy princess? I am pretty sure they also have a sale on right now - so I hope I don't miss out on it! 

Abandon Ship Apparel

There are so many awesome t-shirt designs by Abandon Ship Apparel. The top of my t-shirt wishlist right now is the Mandala Raglan as the print is beautiful and the material is really soft - which I found out by humming and hawing over various designs before Christmas.

Rhodesian of Edinburgh

These are gorgeous customisable bags. I would really love a Cassi Bag with hints of lilac to wear around everywhere. It would be unique to me, and I really love that element of freedom. You can buy exactly what you are looking for and not settling, for something that was there but not quite, because I don't know about you but sometimes I know exactly what I'm searching for clothes/accessories wise before I see it. This fits the handbag bill perfectly.
