WISHLIST #WINTER WONDERLAND

Leather Messenger | Bardot Deux | Waterfall Wool Blend Coat Camel | Block Colour Sweater | Cream Shearling Cardigan | Rhea Midi Ring | Rose Gold Big Dial Bracelet | Chloe Wrap | Emmanuel High Leg Boots | Chunky Knit Bobble Beanie

In Scotland winter is clearly here it was snowing yesterday morning and it has been raining pretty much all of November. So with it being winter already (where has this year gone?!) I have been made a wishlist with things that have been catching my eye as of late.
As you may definitely have noticed this is a very neutral palette this reflects the influence visiting Florence had on my during the late summer. I am really digging the idea of building up wardrobe staples with basic items being the core theme but this doesn't mean you can't have fun with it too.
I absolutely adore the wrap camel coat above, and with recently receiving my order through the post I can confirm that the material is to die for. So soft, so flattering and with large lapels to still make a statement with a staple item.
Speaking of statement pieces the Chloe wrap from the AW15 Diva collection is so lush! This wrap would spice up a simple dress for a night out, or work as a furry collar over a woollen winter coat.
Most importantly there are so many lovely cosy garments in the shops right now, which with the ongoing weather I think I may have to invest more in - I love how simple yet cute the beanie I have chosen is with the little bobble on top.
I have also seen so many girls  with over-the-knee suede boots that have riddled my eyes with envy, because as a shortie I'll have to settle for some knee highs instead. Speaking of, the pair of boots above would look fab with the Bardot Deux dress and a furry gilet??
I think if I manage to invest in all these pieces I would be able to mix and match with ease over the next few months.

What have you guys been spying in the shops? Do you like the idea of building a wardrobe based on key pieces?
