KIKO REBEL ROMANTIC | AUTUMNAL SHADES

If there was ever a makeup brand that I cannot sing enough praise for it would be Kiko Cosmetics. Great quality, innovative limited edition sets and great value for money. I can only compare the sleek rose gold packaging of the intensely lavish lipsticks to that of charlotte tilbury. Yep, I just dropped the CT comparison. I have been lusting after Glastonbury for too long but when I saw the Rebel Romantic collection in Florence I knew that Melodious Wine could be a good substitute for the time being. 

After browsing online when I got home, I just couldn't resist this collection. I ended up buying 3 intensely lavish lipstick shades; 02 Pretty Mauve, 05 Heavy Cherry and 06 Melodious Wine. From the swatches above you can see that 02 is a pink-brown, 05 a bit more raspberry than cherry but still a beautiful berry shade,  and 06 a deep burgundy. 3 different shades of lipsticks all perfect for autumn. 
They are creamy lipsticks with intense bright colours. The formula is amazing with orchid extract, corn oil and gotu kola blasting moisture onto the lips. My pet peeve with matte shades is dry lips and I find this is eliminated with creme-sheen equivalents. Looking for perfect autumn lips? I fully recommend running straight to your local Kiko store!

I also picked up a kohl eyeliner from the Rebel Romantic collection. I was boring and grabbed colour definition eyeliner and kajal in 06 black but the purple and green shades were extremely tempting. What can I say about the eyeliner? It's soft and smudgy and the colour payoff is fabulous which is great for the times when I want to apply eyeliner to my waterline.
