MAC Velvet Teddy

(Look at me jumping on the bandwagon.) I will admit I am just a little bit late on joining this trend. If you haven't heard the sentence "omg Kylie Jenner lips are so fabulous and she uses MAC velvet teddy," amongst any bloggers then you must have been living under a rock for the last year or so. I caved and added this shade to my collection not so long ago, and I must say I understand the hype.

Velvet teddy is a gorgeous deep tone beige lipstick with a matte finish. It is so creamy on application and smooth, yet despite the finish I don't find as drying as MAC's other matte lipsticks e.g. Russian Red. It is a really good choice for getting that 90s nude lip, and I do not see the hype in respect to Velvet Teddy slowing down anytime soon, so much so that it has earned its place amongst my regular makeup routine.
